I had an errand at Ramsey's house and on the way ran across this park:

Note, that is not a corner of the park, it is the entire thing. It's a small triangular traffic island dominated by a tree, and overgrown with brush. Here's a close up of the sign with all the rules for the park:

So beware, having 25 or more people in this park would break the laws...mostly the laws of physics, but also the laws of Oakland. Declaring the traffic island a city park and putting up the sign sure seems like a lot of trouble to go through just to have another weapon against people who might do things like pee in the bushes or not pick up their dog poop, but this is Oakland we're talking about. If people were allowed to walk down the street without committing crimes, they might not all be criminals!
